In Al Fasher, Malam Darfur Peace and Development Kitchen has started serving daily meals for the city’s residents
At Al-Salam neighborhood shelter, Malam Darfur Peace and Development began Phase Two of its humanitarian intervention in Al Fasher on January 31st, by opening MDPD Kitchen. This kitchen will be serving a daily meal to around 3,000 people throughout the week.
Malam Darfur Peace and Development (MDPD) is sending weekly food convoys to Al-Fasher and has opened a kitchen service to provide daily meals for the residents of the city
MDPD has launched the second phase of its humanitarian operations in Al-Fasher, beginning on February 1, 2026. This phase aims to provide continuous and uninterrupted food aid over the next two months to meet the urgent food needs of the residents through two types of assistance.
