MDPD food convoys have been consistently entering Al Fasher every week to supply urgent food needs for the residents of the city. On February 8, 2026, our team distributed 570 food baskets to 570 families in Emtedad Al Asera neighborhood and 630 food baskets to 630 families in Al Wefaq and Al Shakereen shelters.
These weekly food convoys, along with the daily kitchen that serves nutritious meals, represent an effective response to the pressing food needs of Al Fasher residents living both in shelters and in neighborhoods.
