On April 21, 2026, the Abu Shouk kitchen served daily meals to over 4,950 people. At the same time, the mobile kitchen provided meals to more than 2,200 people in Al Wefaq, as well as others from four nearby neighborhoods.
We continue to see a steady increase in the number of people coming to both kitchens, with an additional 50 to 100 people each day. This reflects the growing number of people returning to the city and, in turn, increases the demand for food assistance.
