On May 7, 2026, Malam Darfur Peace and Development continued its humanitarian intervention in Al Fasher in response to the growing and urgent need for food, especially among children and women, who make up the majority of the city’s population.
Abu Shouk community kitchen provided daily meals to more than 5,000 people, while the mobile kitchen served daily meals to more than 1,500 people across the four Al-Nasr neighborhoods.
