As part of the funding it received from the King Abdullah Humanitarian Foundation, MDPD developed a plan to provide the necessary health services in Al-Malam. The project includes the construction of advanced primary health care units in the villages of Keila and Turbah, and the construction of a specialized hospital in the village of Al-Malam. The specialized hospital will be dedicated to providing basic medical specialties, women, childbirth, children and surgery to the northern districts of South Darfur.
