Malam Darfur Peace and Development (MDPD) is still sending its food supplies to Al Fasher, supported by AVAAZ. This time, MDPD dispatched two food convoys to the city carrying a total of 1,387 food baskets, which were distributed from January 12th to 16th, 2026, in three areas of Al Fasher.
A total of 1,070 food baskets were distributed in the Abu Shouk IDP camp to 1,070 families, along with 160 baskets for 160 families in Abu Shouk neighborhood Square 6, and 157 baskets for 157 families at the Eastern Girls’ School shelter.
