On April 29, 2026, MDPD food convoy arrived in Al Fasher carrying 1,200 food baskets for distribution to families in need. On the same day, Abu Shouk community kitchen provided daily meals to more than 5,000 people, while the mobile kitchen served over 1,800 people in the Abuja IDP camp within the city.
