Residents are gathering in different areas within Al Fasher, some in shelter centers and others in various neighborhoods. Since the beginning of the Holy month of Ramadan until the fourth day, which coincided with February 21, 2026, MDPD Kitchen has been offering Iftar meals to fasting individuals in Abu Shok neighborhood as part of its plan to serve Iftar throughout the entire month of Ramadan. However, due to the growing need for Iftar in other locations and the lack of food assistance from other sources, the kitchen will need to move around the city to reach fasting individuals in various areas in need of Iftar.
