As Malam Darfur Peace and Development Kitchen continues to provide daily meals for the residents of Al Fasher, there has been a great response from those benefiting from the meals. Both men and women have actively participated in cooking, preparing, and distributing food, especially during the second meal at Al-Salam neighborhood shelter, which was served on February 1st, 2026. The beneficiaries also expressed their appreciation for the meals, which included meat, vegetables and fresh fruit, and they shared their hopes for further assistance in water, education, and health services.
