Due to the prolonged displacement of a local population, as well as the population of most war-affected villages in Darfur, many young people have failed to attend school.
MDPD is working on building a number of specialized vocational training centers in various fields to accommodate those who are lagging behind in education, as well as contributing to the creation of jobs within an ambitious project aimed at creating 500,000 jobs for young people in all five Darfur states
